Register Your Interest
Get in touch to receive the full information pack, availability and pricing guidance. Our team can also recommend experienced mortgage brokers or solicitors if required.
Select Your Home
Work with our experienced sales team to choose the right villa for you. Review floor plans, specifications, and interior colour schemes with expert guidance.
Sign & Due Diligence
Sign a Sale & Purchase Agreement. Your solicitor will review the agreement and you can complete any due diligence required. Once satisfied, the agreement goes unconditional.
Pay Your Deposit
A 5% deposit is paid following unconditional status and held securely in the vendor's solicitor's trust account. No further payments until settlement.
Build & Settle
We take care of the build while you stay informed of progress. Collect your keys once construction is complete and settlement occurs. Expected completion July 2027.
Warranties & Guarantees
Fixed Price Guarantee
The purchase price agreed in your Sale & Purchase Agreement is fixed and will not increase.
12-Month Defects Warranty
Any minor defects identified within the first 12 months following settlement will be addressed promptly.
10-Year Structural Warranty
Structural elements of each home are covered in accordance with the New Zealand Building Act.
Deposit Security
All deposits are held securely in the vendor's solicitor's trust account until settlement.

When is completion expected?
Construction is expected to be completed in July 2027, subject to standard consenting, construction, and weather conditions.
Can I choose my finishes?
Buyers will generally choose between two standard interior colour schemes, each designed by an interior designer. Contact us to discuss options.
Suitable for investors?
Yes. The Terraces are suitable for first home buyers, owner-occupiers, downsizers, and long-term investors. Rental appraisals are available on request.
Is there car parking?
Yes. Each home includes a garage plus one additional dedicated parking space, as shown on the site plan.
Freehold or unit title?
All homes at The Terraces are freehold titles. Each home will have its own individual freehold title. There is no body corporate or fees.
